Which vacuum sealer should I choose?
First, it's important to determine how often you want to use your vacuum sealer. Regular use will require more power than occasional use. We therefore recommend that individuals who want to vacuum seal occasionally choose a model with at least 100W and a 0.6 bar vacuum. Food professionals (restaurants, hoteliers, retailers, etc.) will need a sealer that's suitable for their products and powerful enough to meet their needs. We recommend models with a power rating between 250 and 1000W (more if necessary).
