Able to accommodate bags measuring up to 32cm in width, this vacuum machine will be able to pack meat, vegetables, herbs, fish, chicken, eggs and many other foods. It will also be able to seal bags with low liquid content such as sauce-based dishes or marinades. Very efficient, this vacuum machine develops a power of 165W, has a vacuum rate of 16L/min and creates a pressure equal to 0.8 bar inside your bags for optimal preservation. When the food to be packaged is too fragile, the machine can be adjusted to apply a lower pressure of 0.6 bar and not damage your product.
This compact machine is made of stainless steel and ABS. Its low weight and ease of use will make it a machine pleasant to use on a daily basis. With a very intuitive operating mode, this machine is equipped with a numeric keypad with LCD display. Automatic, the vacuum and sealing processes require only a single click and are fully completed after just a few seconds.
Controls and features :
- Vacuum: initiates vacuuming and sealing. The machine automatically creates pressure, and the bag is then vacuum-sealed.
- Cancel: The vacuum and sealing steps are stopped immediately
- Pulse: For packaging fragile, sensitive products. Once the button is pressed, the vacuum pump activates and gently suctions.
- Seal: allows the bag to be sealed without creating a vacuum inside it.
