The extra-wide sealing bar closes protective covers, large bulk bags and textile packaging in one operation, avoiding the weak overlap that can result when a wide opening is sealed in stages. It is suitable for polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) up to a thickness of 2 x 150 microns.
2. Clean, straight seal
The machine produces a 2 mm-wide seal for a neat closure with minimal material use. Its adjustable electronic timer lets you match the heating time to the plastic thickness for consistent fusion without scorching the bag.
