A hands-free packing station, available in 300, 450 or 600 mm, for accurate bag positioning and sealing.
This industrial foot-operated sealer is activated by a pedal, leaving both hands free to position the bag and smooth out creases. The three seal lengths — 300, 450 and 600 mm — let you match the machine to your packaging, while single-side heating and Bi-Active heating on both sides cover different bag thicknesses.

Choose the required seal length (300, 450 or 600 mm), then select the heating system: single-side heating for standard films, or Bi-Active heating on both sides for thicker packaging. Every configuration produces a 5 mm-wide seal.
Which seal length should you choose?
300 mm: compact format
For bags up to 30 cm wide and workstations where space is limited.
450 mm: extra room for wider bags
For larger packs, with more tolerance when positioning the bag.
600 mm: wide format
For bags up to 60 cm and large-format industrial or bulk packaging.
Single-side or Bi-Active heating?
The range offers two heating systems, each available in 300, 450 and 600 mm:
Single-side heating: standard PE and PP films
- One heating element producing a 5 mm seal.
- Suitable for LDPE, HDPE and polypropylene bags.
- Stated maximum thickness: 2 × 0,15 mm.
- Power by seal length: 450 W, 600 W or 800 W.
Bi-Active: heating on both sides
- Upper and lower heating elements, with an adjustable head.
- Designed for thicker packaging or packs with several layers across the sealing area.
- Stated maximum thickness: 2 × 0,5 mm.
- Power by seal length: 1 600 W, 1 900 W or 2 300 W.
How foot operation improves the workflow
Foot activation keeps both hands free to tension and align the bag. The adjustable support shelf holds it at the required height. Heating can be adjusted to suit the film thickness, while the heating elements and PTFE strips can be replaced when worn.
