Returns policy

1. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PERIOD

Consumer Customers. A consumer Customer has the statutory right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product, without giving a reason. Vacuum Sealer Pro commercially extends this total period to thirty (30) days.

During the first fourteen days, the Customer may handle the Product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The statutory right is not conditional upon retaining the original packaging, but a deduction may be made for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

From the fifteenth to the thirtieth day, a commercial return is accepted if the Product is in its original packaging, in perfect condition, fit for resale, unused and accompanied by all its accessories.

Business Customers. Vacuum Sealer Pro contractually grants them a return period of thirty (30) days following receipt, subject to the same strict conditions: original packaging, perfect condition, Product fit for resale, unused and all accessories included.

2. HOW TO GIVE NOTICE OF A RETURN

Before the period expires, the Customer sends an unambiguous statement to contact@scelleuse-sous-vide.com or through the contact form. They must state their name, postal address, email address and order number. PIMA OÜ acknowledges receipt of the request.

3. RETURN COSTS

For a change-of-mind return, the direct return costs are borne by the Customer, provided this information was supplied before the order. If the Product is defective, damaged or not as ordered, PIMA OÜ bears the return costs in accordance with applicable law and provides a prepaid label or arranges collection.

4. REFUND

For a consumer Customer, all amounts due, including the initial delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, are refunded no later than fourteen (14) days after notice of withdrawal. PIMA OÜ may withhold the refund until it has recovered the Product or received evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Statutory exceptions remain applicable, including for customised Products, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly and sealed goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
