FKR-400 Professional Hand-Held Constant-Heat Sealer: Heavy-duty mobile sealing for large and heavy bags.
Designed for demanding logistics, craft and industrial applications, this hand-held constant-heat sealer brings the sealing tool to the package. There is no need to lift heavy bags onto a workbench: close them directly on a pallet or at floor level for a more practical packing workflow.
Mobile sealing where you need it
From coffee and potting soil to granules and other bulk goods, the FKR-400 seals heavy or oversized packaging in place, without lifting the bag or relying on a fixed workstation.
Industrial sealing performance
1. Constant-heat technology
Unlike conventional impulse sealers, the FKR-400 keeps its PTFE-coated jaws at a stable temperature. This provides the sustained heat needed to seal stand-up pouches, aluminium bags and lined kraft laminates without damaging them.
2. Wide, secure seal (10 mm)
The grooved jaws create a wide 10 mm seal across a length of 40 cm. The result is a secure, airtight closure that helps protect products from air and moisture while giving finished packs a professional appearance.
3. Adjustable temperature control
The built-in analogue thermostat lets you set the temperature from 0 to 250°C. This control allows the hand-held constant-heat sealer to be matched to thick multilayer films, delivering the heat required for a reliable barrier without melting the material.
