Manual sealers seal bags and packaging using the impulse seal technique. This technique is widely used in the food industry and is also used for packaging powders, granules, and other items. This method is suitable for plastic, kraft, or aluminum-coated bags with a thickness not exceeding 2 x 150µm.

How a hand welder works

A manual sealer is simple to operate. Once the bag is inserted and placed on the Teflon sealing strip, the arm is closed manually. Since the machine does not require any preheating time, sealing your bag can begin. Adding the time taken for the seal and the cooling process, the duration of a complete sealing cycle is between 2 and 4 seconds.
