Replace the parts used in every seal
A worn heating element or damaged Teflon strip can affect sealing consistency. Replace these consumables without replacing the whole sealer, and keep spare parts ready at your packaging workstation.

Replacement and seal checks
Unplug the machine and allow it to cool before maintenance. Follow the manufacturer’s fitting and adjustment instructions, then test with your own bags before resuming production.
